Consultation Options

In-Store/Phone

Meet at our store, via phone, or virtually through FaceTime or Google Duo.45-minute session for $50; additional 30 minutes at $30.

At-Home

Appointments within our delivery area. 1st hour at $150, each additional 30-minute block at $65.

Preparation tips

Let's maximize your session:

Set Clear Goals: List at least three objectives you wish to achieve in your garden.
Gather Visuals: Bring photos, books, or magazines showcasing plants or designs you admire.
Complete the NHG Garden Planner: This will be emailed upon appointment confirmation.
Property Map: If available, provide a plat of your property to help with scale and layout discussions.

Please Note: Our Garden Coach service offers plant and layout recommendations but does not include full garden design services. For comprehensive design needs, explore our Landscape Concierge Service, which provides a list of independent landscape companies.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.
