Specific Delivery exceptions:
1. Fountains and Statuary:
Delivery only to Area 1 $50 and Area 2 $75.
Delivery and set-up to Area 1 $100 and Area 2 $150 for simple fountains under 3 tier. Delivery and set-up for more complicated
fountains will have to be quoted by the store manager.
2. The maximum size plant material deliverable under this
policy is a #20 container. Delivery of
larger material will have to be arranged with extra charge for needed equipment
or extra personnel. The charge for each additional person is $35.
3. Christmas
Tree delivery available in season. We deliver Monday - Friday.

Set-Up in Neighborhood 75230 & Area 1 only.
Set-up details: Customer must have area cleared before setup, including having a proper Christmas tree stand in place. You can purchase the stand prior and it will be delivered with the tree. Or you can use a stand you already own. NHG staff will not move furniture.
Tree will be properly placed in the stand with a tree removal bag (must be purchased), watered & de-netted. Be sure to purchase Christmas Tree Preservative.
