Spread 12"-18". Part shade to shade. This annual clover doesn't multiply by runners and can be eradicated easily by tillage. Matures in June producing a beautiful mass of crimson flowers. These flowers are also useful for drying for wreaths. The roots add a significant amount of nitrogen to the soil. Likes a moist, well drained soil.
