1/3 c Fresh Minced Parsley Leaves
4 T Fresh Minced Tarragon
1 T Fresh Minced Dill
2 T Fresh chiopped Rosemary
2 T Red Wine Vinegar
2 T Balsamic Vinegar
7-10 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic Finely Minced
2 T Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
Creamy Basil Salad Dressing

1 c Low Fat Sourcream
4 T Chopped Basil
4 T White Wine Vinegar
3 T Olive Oil
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a jar or food processer and shake or process until well blended. Delicious served with crudites as a snack.

Fresh Tomato Dressing

1/2 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 T sugar (or stevia equivalent)
1/2 T salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 medium Tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 T fresh thyme leavers or 4 sprigs
Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in tomato and fresh thyme. Cover and let stand at room temp 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cover and chill 8 hours. Makes 2 cups.

Pomegranate Marjoram Delight

1 tsp fresh marjoram
|1/8 C Balsamic Vinegar
1/8 C Pomegranate Molasses
